Dr. Drayton Alexander has traveled to Scotland for vacation and to meet up with an old mentor to learn some Scottish and family history. He suddenly finds himself thrust into a battle between two ancient factions trying to possess artifacts of unquestionable power. He is joined in this battle by an intelligent and attractive tour guide and a professor of ancient history who together find themselves on a life- threatening quest around Scotland in a race against time.
