God’s Story, God’s Glory aims to provide a foundational framework in which to understand the full, authoritative Word of God and to guard believers from the many man-centered evangelical norms. The story God tells in His Word will progress to a final conclusion in which “the earth will be filled” with human beings transformed to the likeness of Jesus Christ and possessing full knowledge of the glory of Yahweh, “as the waters cover the sea” (Habakkuk 2:14).

After all, it is His story and it is for His Glory. We are immeasurably blessed to know and embrace the reality that God’s glory is the ultimate purpose and root of all things (Ephesians 1:3–6) and that humanity—you and I—are integral to that purpose. “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever” (Isaiah 40:8).
